Dogs are here! Dogs will help you sniff out rare items on your farm! Purchase the Border Collie (optional) to help you find items needed in the Summer Celebration. Dogs can help find other rare items such as Copper, Quartz etc.
You will have 3 weeks to complete the Summer Celebration quests, and win an exclusive German Shepherd dog that will be a valuable Farm Hand!
If you are at least level 9, you will see a pop-up inviting you to the Summer Celebration.
In the celebration there are 4 phases that will have a unique reward upon completion. The final reward is an exclusive German Shepherd dog! Each phase will have 4 quests that will guide you through the celebration.
Start off the Summer Celebration by visiting the Event Center located behind Eagle Eye Eddie's airplane
You can access the event progress from the Event Center or the lower progress bar. Once you complete a section of the progress bar, tap on it for extra coins!
Quests can be found in the Quest Almanac
Farm Hands will search for new items such as Raspberries & Cherries that will be used to craft new delicious recipes!
New items needed and where to locate them:
- Raspberries: Explore areas such as Grandma's Glad, Pappy's Pond, Merryweather Mine etc
- Summer Event White Corn: Harvest Corn crops
- Cherries: Explore areas such as Grandma's Glade, Pappy's Pond, Merryweather Mine etc
- Cheddar Cheese: Tend Cows
- Catfish: Explore Pappy's Pond or the Pier
- Sweet Potatoes: Harvest Potato crops
- Vanilla: Explore areas such as Grandma's Glad, Pappy's Pond, Merryweather Mine etc
- Melton Wool: Tend Sheep

- Visit the Event Center (located behind Eagle Eye Eddie's airplane)
- Have 2 Raspberries (send Farm Hands to Grandmas' Glade or other areas)
- Make 1 Raspberry Popsicle (in Dairy)

- Harvest 4 Strawberries
- Collect 3 Goat Milk
- Make Berry Ice Cream (in Dairy)

- Harvest 3 White Corn (harvest Corn crops to find White Corn)
- Make 1 Butter
- Craft 1 Corn on the Cob (in Stovetop)

- Make 9 Raspberry Popsicles

- Make 20 Corn on the Cobs
Whatever Floats Your Boat (1 of 4)
- Place the Garden Gnome Statue Reward from previous quest
- Gather 4 Cherries (explore Grandma's Glade etc)
- Make 1 Summer Berry Pie (in Pastry Oven)

- Have 3 Cheddar Cheese (tend cows for cheese)
- Make 3 Country Biscuits
- Make 1 Grilled Cheese (in Stovetop)
Whatever Floats Your Boat (3 of 4)
- Feed 3 Chickens
- Have 8 Flour
- Make 1 Funnel Cake (in Pastry Oven)
Whatever Floats Your Boat (4 of 4)
- Make 4 Summer Berry Pies
- Make 8 Funnel Cakes
- Make 30 Grilled Cheese
Fisherman's Best Friend (1 of 4)
- Have 1 Chive
- Have 1 Catfish (fish at Pappy's Pond or Prosperity Pier)
- Make 1 Blackened Catfish (In Dinner Oven)
Fisherman's Best Friend (2 of 4)
- Have 3 Sweet Potatoes (harvest Potato crops)
- Make 1 Herb Butter
- Make 1 Sweet Potato Fries (in Stovetop)
Fisherman's Best Friend (3 of 4)
- Have 2 Catfish
- Harvest 2 Corn
- Make 1 Fried Catfish Dinner (in Dinner Oven)

- Make 2 Blackened Catfish

Party Animals (1 of 4)
- Have 1 Mint
- Have 3 Vanilla (explore in Grandma's Glade etc)
- Make 1 Vanilla Mint Cupcake (in Pastry Oven)
Party Animals (2 of 4)
- Have 8 Melton Wool (tend Sheep)
- Feed 3 Goats
- Make 1 Outdoor Blanket (in Loom)

- Make 3 Goat Cheese
- Have 4 Strawberries
- Make 1 Strawberry Cheesecake (in Pastry Oven)

- Make 5 Vanilla Cupcakes
- Make 20 Outdoor Blankets
- Make 8 Strawberry Cheesecakes
Once you complete the final quest you will be rewarded with an exclusive German Shepherd! The German Shepherd will be an additional Farm Hand that will help you find additional Quartz in the Mine, and higher chance of finding Bass.
You will need to purchase the Dog House in order to place the German Shepherd. It can be found in the market for coins.
